For recruiting agencies · Free, with nothing to buy
You already paid for these candidates.
Every resume your team ever downloaded from a job portal is sitting in a folder nobody can search. So when the next role comes in, you buy the same person again.
Free to use — no card, no per-seat pricing, nothing held back behind an upgrade.
The archive you already own is invisible
A single role produces hundreds of downloaded resumes. They end up in a shared drive, in email, in WhatsApp, in one recruiter's laptop. Six months later nobody can answer “have we spoken to a QA lead in Hyderabad?” without opening files one at a time.
So the agency pays a portal to find candidates it already has, screened once, and formed an opinion about. The second purchase buys nothing the first one didn't.
In the archives we've tested against
1 in 4
files was a byte-for-byte duplicate of another file in the same folder — the same CV re-downloaded against a different role, and paid for twice.

Search what you already own
Drop the folders in. Every PDF and DOCX is read, and the details that matter come out as fields you can filter on — not as a keyword blob.
Spelling is handled: Bangalore and Bengaluru are the same city, TCS and Tata Consultancy Services the same employer, B.Tech and Bachelor of Technology the same degree. A filter that only matched one spelling would hide most of your own archive from you.
Every filter tells you how many resumes actually state that field, so you know when a search came back small because nobody matched, and when it came back small because the information was never on the page.
Filter on
- Skills — any of, or all of
- Current city, with spelling aliases
- Years of experience
- Current and expected CTC
- Notice period
- Current and past employers
- Designation
- Degree and institution
- Pipeline status
- When you last touched them

Run the pipeline in the same place
A resume archive that can't tell you what happened to someone is just a filing cabinet. Every candidate carries their stage, who moved them there, when, and why.
History is append-only. Moving someone from Interview scheduled to Rejected by client adds a line — it doesn't erase the one before it. Six months on, the reason a candidate was dropped is still readable, which is exactly when you need it.
Your whole team works off the same record, with per-person access: who can search, who can see contact details, who can write history, who can add profiles.
Twelve stages, shared across the team
When it earns its place
- A client reopens a role you closed last year
- The people you already screened for it are one search away, with your own notes on why each one did or didn't work.
- A new recruiter inherits four thousand resumes
- They search the archive on day one instead of asking the team who they've already spoken to.
- Two recruiters call the same candidate in one week
- The pipeline status and the call history are on the profile, visible to everyone with access.
- You need three Java developers in Pune under 30 days notice
- Filter on all three at once, and see up front how many of your resumes actually state a notice period.
What it costs
Nothing, and there is no paid plan coming.
Not a trial, and not a cut-down tier. Your whole archive, your whole team, every filter and the full pipeline — there is no card to enter, no per-seat price, and nothing held back behind an upgrade.
If paid plans arrive later you get 30 days' notice, and you are never charged without agreeing to a price first. That is in the Terms, not just on this page.
